The Utah Outliers are a Tier II junior hockey team in the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL). They are based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and play their home games at the Utah Olympic Oval. The Outliers were founded in 2016, and have quickly become one of the top teams in the USPHL.
The Outliers' name is a reference to the state of Utah's unique geography and culture. Utah is home to some of the most beautiful and rugged landscapes in the United States, and the Outliers' name reflects this.
